今天看曾仕强的培训光盘，他讲到了英文中没有“体会”这个单词。通过google和baidu的翻译我查了一下：

• google 的结果是：

             Experience

• baidu 的结果是：
  1.to realize
  2.to appreciate from experience

很明显，这两个结果都不是很准确。中国人总是讲“心得体会“，可见“体会”不同一般的经历和认知过程，这个词打上了中国人的文化烙印。

已经很久没有写blog了，因为一直我都在忙position transfer的事情。现在终于如我所愿，开始做开发了，我还是很喜欢c++ coding的。

        Now I am learning the basic term in RUP using this book.

That head of his has been occupied with contemporary society's insoluble problems for so long, and he is still battling on with his good-heartedness and boundless energy. His efforts have not been in vain, but he will probably not live to see them come to fruition, for by the time people understand what he is saying in his paintings it will be too late. He is one of the most advanced painters and it is difficult to understand him, even for me who knows him so intimately. His ideas cover so much ground, examining what is humane and how one should look at the world, that one must first free oneself from anything remotely linked to convention to understand what he was trying to say, but I am sure he will be understood later on. It is just hard to say when.

Resently, I am playing an adventure game "the secret of monkey island", an very very old game whick runs on ScummVM. I like it, here is the screenshot.

手中的Project 已经release出去了，好像老大也没有给我安排什么重要的工作。开始对DB Design and Implementation发生了兴趣，上学的时候没有好好学过这些知识，工作中遇到了不少DB error的问题，基本上我都搞不定。

     用google搜了一下，发现有不少open source database , 象derby, firebird, hsqldb,mysql。hsqldb是一个纯java 的sql db engine, 试用之后发现还不错，整个程序包才几百K, 而且有一个图形界面，还附有jdbc driver.

It is a long time I haven't post something. 

I am too busy nowaday. There so many crash bugs in our product and we have to stay later.
