when i backed my car this afternoon, a car in front of me that was also in a reverse gear suddently hit my car with a big "bang".

i jumped out of my car and found that there was only a minor scratch in my car unnoticeable to naked eyes but the car that hit me has been torn a big hole in its rear and the white paint around the hole became like a mosaic.

it's a Honda.

unbelievable but i swear it happened.

hexun media has two articles (in chinese) introducing how foreign nations regulate the internet. this might be triggered by the recent hysteria around google/msn but the attentions will be re-directed into the area of developing better practices of regulating internet in china. like what happened in the business area here, the government will relay more on the public and users themselves to regulate the internet. until people here find that there is a link between the economic and social progress and a less controled internet and therefore have the "urge" to strive for that, the agenda will not be revised, no matter how big the outside pressure is.
