meantime, the journalist who has been sued by foxconn left her email at her sina blog in order to collect more facts concerning the ways that foxconn manage and pay its workers, within hours she received hundereds of emails, a lot of data and pics from self-proclaimed "foxconn employees"
according to xinhua niews, foxconn hasn't established a union so far, and shenzhen government has already put foxconn into the list of "firms that must set up a union this year"
comment from bingfeng - the irony is that there is a ccp branch in foxconn, and
comment from a sina reader - baoan district union (of shenzhen) started to ask foxconn to set up a union from Dec 2004 and foxconn never replied. then the district union visited foxconn twice to TALK WITH THE COMMUNIST PARTY BRANCH IN FOXCONN and foxconn still hasn't set up a union.
