曾经发生过这么一件事，有一个装修老板帮人做屋顶，他找了个小工来帮忙，结果小工不小心从屋顶摔下来受伤了，老板跑了，结果
屋主要为之负责。即使老板没跑，他也可以控告屋顶太滑或别的理由，让屋主来承担
一部分责任。

我猛然想到，我以前也是部门经理，虽然才能有限，但是在国内的发展空间应该比在国外大。难道我就这样在加拿大终此一身？经过几天的考虑，还是毅然回国。
去年（2006）初的"同一首歌走进加拿大"，国内人看了都说加村华人的艰辛写在脸上，有的知青还不服，实在又没什么好炫耀的，只好说多伦多是国际大都市。其实如果组织两万上海外地民工看音乐会，你会发现上海人的艰辛也刻在脸上了。跟上海是不是国际大都市
关系也不大。
小额钱债法庭（Small Claims Court）提供相对简易的民事诉讼程序，处理小额的钱债诉讼。
小额钱债诉讼的特点是：
诉讼标的低，在卑诗省，小额钱债法庭只有权受理一万元以下的案件。若诉讼案件涉及的金额超过一万元，而索偿者愿意把索偿额降至一万元，则仍可以在小钱债法庭起诉。
起诉费用低，且不必聘用律师，可自己填写诉讼文件，自己出庭作证。
即使聘用律师，胜诉后也得不到律师费赔偿。若事主决定聘用律师的话，费用自付。
诉讼的双方任何一方想在诉讼中得胜，必须向法庭提供确实而可信的证据和强而有力的法律根据。detail......

一年一度的圣诞佳节即将到来。不少机构和住家已经张灯结彩，准备迎接节目。这不仅令自己的场所家里充满节日气氛，也成为城中观赏灯饰的热点。下面是大温哥华地区圣诞期间灯饰的观赏指南，希望大家不要错过这一年一度的赏灯季节，共同度过一个色彩缤纷的佳节。
温哥华西端（VANCOUVER WEST SIDE）
※ 地址：Shirley Phillips, 128 West 18th Ave.
特点：在走廊和窗台上建起了一座圣诞城堡，并有女王及其皇家骑兵卫队，步操士兵等。
※ 地址：2979-3083 W. Broadway
特点：建有一个美丽的蓝色天篷，在白色的灯饰下沿途徘徊，有如置身仙景。
※ 地址：1412 Laurier Ave.
特点：今年的灯饰胜于往年，在树篱上有雪橇和驯鹿飞向天际。在住宅大门里，主人还为孩子们准备了糖果。亮灯时间：4:30-9:30 p.m.。

特点：不可错过的一户。拥有10,000盏灯饰，圣诞老人和他的鹿队在屋檐之上，还有雪人和10大6小的彩灯树，配上电动的雪人和驯鹿。
