When men failed in work, they know why and they accept the outcomes, while to women, it's totally different. women don't know why they failed in their work. it seems the boss treat women friendly, and women always have good relationship with colleagues, women works many hours a day. while when things get to the promotion, they just were refused without a reason they can accept or realize.
