I really need learn how to say no to other people who went to me and wanted to talk with me when I am really in a busy status, but I am really very poor at say no to other people, usually I talked with them and prayed in my mind that they would stop the talk earlier. I know this sounds ridiculous, but I am really silly for doing this in a friendly and clear way, sometimes I say no too fast and I can find out others are a little bit hurt. umm. how to say no while not annoy others, I need to figure it out.

* Today my advisor's wife came up to me and said she would like to chat with me, she didn't notice that the books on my desk and the long article on my computer screen, and I hate myself, I spent almost 1 hour to say nonsenses with her without courage to tell her to stop. what the hell I was thinking about at that time!!!

Seems I am always the one keep on talking. ;)

I like to talk with people, but sometimes really need tell them can we talk later, in a good way without any bad feeling happening to them.. I am poor at doing that, or I kept talking with them by say no only in my mind, or I say NO too fast. both are bad..
