青椒童子鸡

典型的做法简单又好吃的菜，虽然是第一次想象着做，但是味道很不错。。

油烧至七成熟，放入姜丝、蒜片、花椒，（新鲜青椒最好，不过这里没有卖的，花椒也不错），

然后放入宰碎的鸡肉(我用的已经煮熟的)，大火翻炒，加入盐，料酒，青海椒（我用的墨西哥海椒比较辣，所以切好后用水泡了很久），葱。。。

炒一会儿，看鸡肉的火候。。。决定起锅。。一点味精。。。That it 。。
