游过Johnston Canyon，并未尽兴，返回途中转道Canmore小镇。Canmore小镇在卡尔加里和Baff之间，距离Baff 20KM。Canmore和Kananaskis 地区有10多个简单的Hiking Trail。这次我们就去其中之一Grassi Lakes Hiking Trail。
Grassi Lakes Hiking Trail
SPRAY LAKES RD. - 10min from vistor centre
Difficulty Rating: Moderate
Distance: 3.8-km return
Elevation gain: 250 meters
Time: 2 hours return
Location: Follow the Spray Lakes Rode 1 1/4km past the Nordic Centre to just after the end of the pavement. Turn left to reach teh parking lot.
Description: This hike climbs through the forest to two beautiful blue-green springs. There are two different approaches. The easy way, which is an old loggin road, or the more difficult way, which has natual stairs. To see highlights along the way include, Indian Paintings, Wildflowers, and a panoramix view of Canmore and Area.

因为下雨，山上的路不好走，我们也就匆匆地返回了。
这里特别介绍一下随处可见的阿省省花－野玫瑰。我看到的都是这种粉色，很像蔷薇的香味，花瓣却都是单层的：
