before the entrance examination to university, my mom asked my fate from a blind "fate teller", she was told that I would succeed in exam. I did not care the words. I believed in myself, I believed my hard work. yes, I think that I can control my own fate! however, in your life, there is not only yourself, you have friends, relatives, family, colleagues and other people, they are parts of your life, your fate, you can not control their lives. so from this perspect, you can not control your fate. for their happiness, I worship the god of fate, I hope the people around me can be happy, at this moment, I believe in fate!
