Secret:

  1. 牛仔骨切块调味,腌30分钟
  2. 西芹胡萝卜切段待用
  3. 牛仔骨煎至7成熟,双面撒上黑椒粉,继续煎片刻即可
  4. 西芹胡萝卜炒熟伴碟,兼消腻哦
