珍珠丸子

材料:
猪肉碎,鱿鱼干(或冬菇),糯米 

做法: 
1.  糯米用水泡浸(约需1小时)洗净沥干备用
2.  鱿鱼干洗净剁碎,和猪肉碎及配料调味并醃15分钟以上
3.  猪肉碎捏成肉丸,裹上糯米,排放碟上
4.  大火蒸25分钟至糯米变晶莹成刺状即可
